 Yes. To comply with state licensing requirements and telehealth regulations, all patients must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before services can begin. Your ID must verify your identity and current state of residence. 

Yes. Easy Care Mental Health offers both in-person and telehealth appointments. However, all new patients are required to complete their initial psychiatric evaluation in person. This allows for a comprehensive assessment, identity verification, and development of an individualized treatment plan.

After the initial evaluation, follow-up visits may be completed in person or through telehealth when clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable regulations.

Easy Care Mental Health does not provide ADHD psychological testing. Patients seeking ADHD treatment with stimulant medication must have a comprehensive psychological evaluation confirming the diagnosis. Testing must have been completed within the past five years and be available for review.

A previous ADHD diagnosis or past stimulant prescription does not guarantee medication will be prescribed. Treatment decisions are based on a complete clinical evaluation, medical history, current symptoms, and professional judgment.

 Easy Care Mental Health does not initiate or provide long-term management of benzodiazepine medications. If you are currently taking a benzodiazepine, your provider will review your history and discuss appropriate treatment options focused on safe and evidence-based care. 

 No. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee a specific diagnosis, medication, treatment plan, or prescription. All treatment recommendations are based on your provider’s clinical assessment and individualized care needs. 

 Your initial visit includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discussion of your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, you and your provider will determine appropriate next steps for your care.
